EVERY ORDER will be subject to payment of 3.5 american dollars for customs clearance. Brazilian recipients will have to access the object's tracking from the online system on the Correios website (http://www.correios.com.br/) and make payment for the postal order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can exercise the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the product, requesting the return for reimbursement (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumer Code) or change the article requesting by e-mail to galup39@mail.com by presenting a declaration of its decision to withdraw from the contract (art. 54 Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumer Code).

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer (art. 57 Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumer Code).

The customer undertakes to return the product within 14 days from the date on which the communication was received to withdraw from the contract pursuant to article 54. 

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

The purchased item must be returned intact and complete in all its parts (including original packaging and envelopes, any documentation and accessory equipment such as manuals, cables, etc.)

The goods must be returned in perfect condition, therefore they must have been kept or used with normal operations, products with signs of wear, abrasions, scratches, or smeared will not be accepted.

The Right of Withdrawal lapses in the absence of the essential condition of the integrity of the product and of the equipment, or in cases where the absence of the external packaging or the original internal packaging is ascertained, the absence of integrated elements of the product (accessories, manuals ...) or anomalies on the same, damage for reasons not attributable to its transport and a state of dirt (consequent to its use or to a non-optimal conservation) that has compromised its integrity. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for reconditioning and sanitizing costs of the same in order to restore it to normal compliance conditions.

The customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The Withdrawal is not applicable in the case of "B2B" purchases, that is, for supplies of goods invoiced to companies or professionals, except for special agreements between the parties. - All shipping costs for the return of the goods to our warehouse as well as the costs of reconditioning and sanitizing the product are charged to the customer. (art. 63 and 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumer Code).

Refunds of the amount paid, within 14 days of the return of the returned goods to the warehouse.
